Google AdWords

Nature and purpose of the processing:
Our website uses Google Conversion Tracking. The operating company of Google AdWords services is Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. As a result, cookies cannot be tracked across the websites of AdWords customers. The information collected through the conversion cookie is used to compile conversion statistics for advertisers who have opted in to conversion tracking. Customers are told the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that can be used to personally identify users.

Legal basis:
The legal basis for the integration of Google AdWords and the associated data transfer to Google is your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO).

Please note that you may not delete the opt-out cookies unless you wish to record measurement data. If you have deleted all your cookies in your browser, you have to set the respective opt-out cookie again.

Provision required or necessary:
The provision of your personal data is voluntary, solely based on your consent. If you prevent access, this may result in functional restrictions on the website.

Facebook Social PlugIns

Our online offering uses social plugins ("Plugins") from the social network facebook.com, which is operated by Facebook Ireland Ltd, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland ("Facebook"). The Plugins can be recognized by one of the Facebook logos (white "f" on blue tile, the terms "Like", "Like", "Like", camera icon or a "thumbs up" sign) or are marked with the addition "Facebook Social Plugin". The list and appearance of the Facebook Social Plugins can be viewed here: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/.

When a user calls up a function of these online offers that contains such a plugin, his device establishes a direct connection with the Facebook servers. The content of the plugin is transmitted by Facebook directly to the user's device and integrated into the online offer by the user. User profiles can be created from the processed data. We therefore have no influence on the scope of the data that Facebook collects with the help of this plugin and therefore inform the users according to our state of knowledge.

By integrating the plugins, Facebook receives the information that a user has called up the corresponding page of the online offer. If the user is logged in to Facebook, Facebook can assign the visit to his or her Facebook account. If users interact with the plugins, for example, by pressing the Like button or making a comment, the corresponding information is transmitted directly from your device to Facebook and stored there. If a user is not a member of Facebook, it is still possible for Facebook to find out his or her IP address and store it. According to Facebook, only an anonymized IP address is stored in Germany.

The purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by Facebook, as well as the relevant rights and setting options to protect the privacy of users, can be found in the Facebook privacy policy: https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/.
If a user is a Facebook member and does not want Facebook to collect data about him or her via this online offer and link it to his or her membership data stored on Facebook, he or she must log out of Facebook and delete his or her cookies before using our online offer. Further settings and objections to the use of data for advertising purposes are possible within the Facebook profile settings: https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=ads or via the US-American page http://www.aboutads.info/choices/ or the EU page http://www.youronlinechoices.com/. The settings are platform-independent, i.e. they are adopted for all devices, such as desktop computers or mobile devices.

LinkedIn PlugIn

Our online service uses the social plugin ("Plugin") of the social network LinkedIn.com, which is operated by LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland. The plugin can be recognized by the LinkedIn logo (white "in" on blue tile).

When a user accesses a function of these online services that contains such a plugin, his or her device establishes a direct connection to the LinkedIn servers. The content of the plugin is transmitted by LinkedIn directly to the user's device and integrated into the online offer by the user. User profiles can be created from the processed data. We therefore have no influence on the extent of the data that LinkedIn collects with the help of this plugin and therefore inform the users according to our state of knowledge.

Through the integration of the plugins LinkedIn receives the information that a user has called the corresponding page of the online offer. If the user is logged in to LinkedIn, LinkedIn can assign the visit to his LinkedIn account. If a user is not a member of LinkedIn, there is still the possibility that LinkedIn may obtain and store their IP address.

The purpose and scope of data collection and the further processing and use of the data by LinkedIn, as well as the relevant rights and setting options to protect users' privacy, can be found in LinkedIn's privacy policy.
If a user is a LinkedIn member and does not want LinkedIn to collect data about him or her through this website and link it to his or her membership data stored at LinkedIn, he or she must log out of LinkedIn and delete his or her cookies before using our website.

SSL-Encryption

To protect the security of your data during transmission, we use state-of-the-art encryption procedures (e.g. SSL) via HTTPS

Changes to our privacy policy

We reserve the right to adapt this data protection declaration so that it always meets the current legal requirements or to implement changes to our services in the data protection declaration, e.g. when introducing new services. The new data protection declaration then applies to your renewed visit.
